Dashboard

The Dashboard is a landing page that is initially opened when an administrator accesses the administrator console. The Dashboard shows a general overview of the company, its security, and insights on how to improve it. This article explains each of the available insights in each panel and what they mean. If the value of an insight is currently zero then it will not appear in the Dashboard.



Users

The users panel provides useful insights on improving RoboForm adoption with users and the security status of the users. Clicking on an insight will generate a list of all users who meet that criteria. For information on onboarding and managing users see the User Management article here.



Each insight pertains to a specific marker of RoboForm adoption or security:

• Setup not completed - The number of users who have not finished setting up their RoboForm accounts.
• Inactive (last 90 days) - The number of users who have not signed into their RoboForm account in the last 90 days.
• Invited to join - The number of users who have been invited to join the company but have not accepted the invitation yet.
• Company Admins - The number of accounts in the company with administrator permissions.
• Blocked users - The number of users in the company who's accounts are currently blocked.
• Has compromised passwords - The number of users in the company who have Logins in their account that the dark web monitoring tool has marked as potentially compromised.
• Low security score - The number of users who's security score are in the Low range (0-25%).
• Deleted (last 30 days) - The number of accounts that have been deleted in the last 30 days.
• Not enrolled in 2-step verification - The number of users who do not have any form of 2FA enabled in their RoboForm account.
• Suspended users - The number of users who's accounts are currently suspended.
• Average security score - The number of users who's security score are in the Average range (26 - 50%).
• Good security score - The number of users who's security score are in the Good range (51 - 75%).
• Excellent security score - The number of users who's security score are in the Excellent range (76 - 100%).

Groups

The groups panel provides useful insights on improving the security of data stored in company groups. Clicking on an insight will generate a list of all groups that meet that criteria. For more information on creating and managing groups see the Group Management article here.

Each insight pertains to a specific marker of Group status or security:

• Low security score - The number of groups who's security score are in the Low range (0-25%).
• Has compromised passwords - The number of groups in the company that have Logins that the dark web monitoring tool has marked as potentially compromised.
• Without users - The number of groups that do not have any users assigned to them.
• Without data - The number of groups that do not have any RoboForm data stored in them.
• With regular user permission - The number of groups who's default Usage Permission is set to Regular.
• Without a group manger - The number of groups that do not have a user with the Group Manger usage permission.
• Good security score - The number of groups who's security score are in the Good range (51 - 75%).
• Excellent security score - The number of groups who's security score are in the Excellent range (76 - 100%).
• Sync storage type - The number of groups that have the Sync storage type set as their default.

Data

The data panel provides useful insights on improving the security of the RoboForm data stored in the administrator's account. Clicking on an insight will generate a list of all logins that meet that criteria. Each insight pertains to a specific marker of RoboForm data security:

• Has compromised passwords - The number of Logins in your account that the dark web monitoring tool has marked as potentially compromised.
• With reused passwords - The number of logins that have a password that is reused from another login.
• Weak password strength - The number of logins with a password that has been graded as weak by RoboForm.
• Medium password strength - The number of logins with a password that has been graded as medium by RoboForm.
• Duplicate Logins - The number of logins that are a complete duplicate of another login.

Integrations

The integrations panel shows any existing integrations with an external Identity Provider or Active Directory. If an integration has been setup then it will be listed in this panel with it's current status. For more information on setting up and using an integration see the Integrations article here.

Reports

The reports panel shows the company's total security score as well as highlights of important security notes to keep track of. Clicking on a highlight will generate a list of all users or data that match that criteria. For more information on reports see the Reports article here.

• Users with low security score - The number of users who's security score are in the Low range (0-25%).
• Users with compromised passwords - The number of users who's account contain Logins that the Dark Web monitoring tool has marked as potentially compromised.
• Users not enrolled in 2-step verification - The number of users who do not have any form of 2FA enabled in their RoboForm account.
• Users with average security score - The number of users who's security score are in the Average range (26-50%).
• Groups with low security score - The number of groups who's security score are in the Low range (0-25%).
• Groups with average security score- The number of groups who's security score are in the Average range (26-50%).

Licenses

The licenses panel shows an overview of the company's licenses. This panel shows the number of licenses in use, expiration date for current licenses, an auto renewal status. For more information on RoboForm for Business licenses see our sales page or reach out to your account manager.
