Purchasing Additional RoboForm for Business Licenses

Process

To buy additional licenses for your existing company account, Log In to your RoboForm for Business company admin panel and click the "Buy More" button in the upper right corner of Licenses panel.

Purchasing an additional license from your company account will automatically tie it to the existing company account. The price for additional licenses is prorated so that it will match the term of the existing company license. 

Prorated Pricing

From the checkout menu, the expiration date of the additional license will match the expiration date of all licenses that currently belong to the company.

Discounts

RoboForm for Business offers two tiers of discounts: volume and multi-year discounts. The two discounts can be combined. Click this link for more information on RoboForm for Business Pricing.

Volume discount

The volume discount is calculated by the number of licenses (accounts) within a single purchase (batch). The volume discount breakdown is listed below. Volume discounts do not include licenses (accounts) that your company has previously purchased.

Multi-year discount

The multi-year discount is calculated by the subscription duration, the longer the subscription, the greater the discount. Please note, a one-year subscription does not qualify for a discount. The breakdown of the multi-year discount is shown below.

A multi-year discount is available for initial purchase and renewals only. It cannot be used for additional licenses purchased during the active subscription term.
